MONDAY MOTIVATION

I woke up at quarter past ten this morning and it was bloody lovely. Mondays have fast become one of my favourite days of the week because I only start college at three in the afternoon, and as I now work on Sundays, Monday is the new Sunday. However, Monday is the worst day of the week hands down for pretty much everyone in the world and, while I do get a nice lie in on Mondays, they often end up being the day that I'm least motivated and I have zero effort to do anything. 

I've also recently got back on the working out hype. I spent the first half of this year working out religiously every single day but that kinda fizzled out and I just stopped. I've always been into the idea of getting back on the fitness thing during Christmas because it's the time that people let themselves go so it gives me a bit of a head start rather than starting on New Year's Day (#newyearnewme anyone?). So I thought that, as today is a Monday and it's that time of year where everyone eats what they want and doesn't feel guilty (and you shouldn't, you do you), I would share my two favourite workouts to do in my room as a little bit of motivation to get you out of the groove of not really making an effort. These are the two workouts that I do the most often and always have done, Lily Aldridge and Adriana Lima's Train Like an Angel workouts. They're really easy to pick up but also really effective when you do them regularly like I used to do and am now doing again. When I do these two, it usually takes me an hour altogether then I do some extra things at the end to target areas I want to work on a lot more than anywhere else. And if you don't want to try them now because it's Christmas time and ain't nobody wanna be really fit and healthy at Christmas time, then this gives you an idea of what to start doing in the New Year if one of your resolutions is to get fit or have a banging body in time for Summer!

  4. At Mondays motivation is a need. It's always so hard to make yourself to do a workout after weekend. But with your videos it's much more simple) Thank you for such a powerful motivation! It powers me up for the whole day. I even post about it at this page! You can check it if you want.
